My experience at Vanbase Bristol

I'd recommend Vanbase Bristol to anyone because the Van was in good condition and will serve my requirements. The actual purchase was a mess though, Vanbase did not have the correct log book so we couldn't collect it on the date as it could not be taxed. I had to pay a fee to get a new log book (still waiting for the £25 refund!) Vanbase then delivered it to the office when it was taxed

My experience at Vanbase Bristol

My experience at Vanbase Bristol could have been better because the van broke down as soon as I left the depot,I rang on the Monday and spoke to John but he didn’t contact me back,I brought the van back and was only contacted to be told the van was repaired,the van now has several other issues including an adblue malfunction,the van clearly wasn’t checked mechanically before the sale

My experience at Vanbase Bristol

Oscar was very nice and the sales team overall was very nice too however i broke down with the van just after 3 weeks and 140 miles and the aftersales team is quite the opposite. They almost never pick up the phone and dont answer to my emails and i got the wrong RAC recovery plan as well because of my van size but since i paid already nobody cares about it and not even answering to my emails. They did take the van to their service but now im without is for weeks (at least!!)
