My experience at Vanbase Bristol was a fantastic experience the salesperson Tyler was extremely helpful and speedy. Would happily recommend Tyler and van/car base to my friends or family in the future. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely return in to future if I need to.

My experience at Vanbase Bristol

I would not recommend Vanbase Bristol because when I initially tried to book in a test drive I was told this wouldn't be possible as all vehicles get checked and cleaned to ensure they're handed over in a state your brand would want to put there name too.

Upon checking the vehicle and the test drive some mistakes I found some I didn't I guess this is the nature of buying a second hand car.
However I was told the unserviceable items I had found would be replaced and I'd get a call to come back and collect the vehicle.
The passage of information was poor here and after a week of getting strung along I found out the part I was waiting on wouldn't arrive for another week.
This is me having a 2 week period with no vehicle as I was led to belive this period wouldn't be as long as it turned out too be, I had sold my car and this affected my business, not having a vehicle. If the lack of part could have been communicated earlier I could have better planned my life.
This is annoying as the inspection and clean I had to wait to finish missed these faults and when the dodgy bump stop was replaced the other one was also not in a brilliant state however not changed at this time. The parts are sold in packs of 2 and I imagine should be changed as such.
It feels profit is being maximised over the branding that can be found on the website.
Lastly I missed this as well so not expecting any rectification to happen. But selling 6months RAC cover and not supplying a spare tyre means there is a high chance they will get a call out on a completely avoidable incident. What tick sheet or reference is used when the vehicles get prepared that this would be missed by everyone.
To compound the problem when I got to Plymouth I went through the paperwork and on one of the slips it was highlighted the spare was missing, so this was known about.
Lastly after going from Plymouth to Bristol twice 16k won't get me a full tank of fuel and a spare tyre. Or even enough fuel to get to Plymouth.

My experience at Vanbase Bristol

I highly recommend Vanbase Bristol, the staff were very helpful, super friendly and a good laugh. It was very busy, and we didn't have an appointment but we managed to be squeezed in and soon enough, I drove away in the van I was hoping for.

Very helpful, friendly and kind staff. Had a good laugh with them as well.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new van.
